What to do ?

I found undesirable (pornographic) things on my computer. My husband swears he didn’t do it and this was a product of someone hacking into the computer and leaving a sort of “trail” behind. I’ve never heard of this being possible, is it?

Bush’s July 17 “Executive Order”

This definitly effects our Constitution!

So we have lost our right to privacy!

Now we have lost the freedom of speech, to be able to protest!

I basically says that anyone protesting the war or saying 9/11 was an inside job can have their bank accounts frozen and their personal property taken away?


They issued it in another language, but it has that same effect on American's who wish to speak out against the war!

And these Con's still say that it isn't a threat to our Constitution!

Wake up America!

I protest this “Order,” which itself is in flagrant violation of the Bill of Rights and the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, which guarantees the right to freedom of speech, the press, and to protest, despite the fact that that right has been violated by various courts in various eras in contentious situations like the one we have today.

my daughter is due on the 23rd of august but, my doctor tells me he thinks she will be coming early and i have only gained 19 pounds from this pregnancy and when i tell people she is due in a month they look at me like im crazy!! i look like im about 5 months pregnant... i go on wed for an ultrasound to check her weight but i was wondering what could i expect if she is small im a very nervous and worried new mother

I am currently living with the most annoying, jerky, self centered drunk who unfortunately fathered our son. (not married) Some days he's tolerable, but most the time not. He is constantly at me about one thing or another, and when he drinks his Jack and Cokes after work, or any other time, he becomes a real a$$ (verbally abusive in front of our son - it doesn't effect me, but I am worried that our son will pick up on his mouth soon) . Anyhow, we moved away from him for 2 months to live with my parents earlier this year. However, my parents live in a retirement community that doesn't allow children under 18 stay for more than 3 mos. So currently I can't go back. I don't want my parents to move because I am 35 and they shouldn't have to move out of their community b/c of my problems. I am working so I do get an income, however, it's not enough to actually get a place of my own unless it was in a questionable part of town. Bottomline, I've had it with him and his crazy ways...any ideas

Aright I already have the evictions done and judgements in hand... now, how do I get this on their credit report?? I am not sure about the use of a comma in this sentence, and cannot find what I'm looking for online. In this sentence..."Our audience should judge themselves not by asking, “Am I better than an another person,” but rather “Am I better than I used to be?
Should the comma after "person" in the first set of quotes - since it is a break in the sentence rather than the quote itself, be after the quotation mark, or before - as it is here??

Rather confusing question, but I don't know how else to say it. I hope it's clear enough...

I know that if one person in the proposed marriage is 18 or over and one is under 18 and not emancipated, there has to be gardian approval through signature, but does one parent have to sign, or do both?
And if it is both, what if you currently have a restraining order against the second parent, does that opt. them out ?
(I would hope)

And suppose a current investigation is going on, a statutory rape case, because the man in the relationship is over 18 and the girl is under, does this cancel out due to the marriage?
And one last point, will the marriage be subjected to screening?
To see if it wasn't just a fradulent marriage to stop one from being persecuted? (Ie: Statutory rape)

I was up late thinking about this last night, after watching a Law and Order :SVU.

Smoke billowed up sides of car. Got out with child and pet. Reputable mechanic determined that wrong engine oil filter was used causing all the oil to come out. There was no oil in car when arrived in mechanics shop after tow. Est. cost to replace with new engine $5,700; used engine $3,700. Car is 2001 Camry with 73,000 miles. Need advice. How am I made "whole"?
