Hi,
I am trying to get a grip over my diet, as in what all do I eat in a day, when, and in what quantity. Whereas, I find it easy to record things eaten by number - fruits,chapatis etc, I find it hard to record rice. How do I measure(or approximate) amount of cooked rice taken? Sometimes ( or often) when I eat the cooked rice in 2-3 sittings, it becomes hard to know amount ate in each sitting. Any suggestions?
