My son is going to be 1 year in a couple of weeks and he has recently discovered our bathroom garbage cans. I usually keep the door shut, but every once in awhile I forget and he goes right for the garbage cans. I tried using the one that you have to push with your foot to open, but he figured that out in a couple of minutes. Does anyone have a suggestion for a garbage can that is "baby-proof"?

England's chief medical officer, Sir Liam Donaldson, has called for a system that assumes everyone is a potential organ donor - unless they expressly request not to be.

Surveys have indicated that as many as 70% of people want their organs donated after death, but only 20% of the population are on the NHS Organ Donor Register.

So, is creating a system where you have to "opt out" of organ donation the best way to tackle the problem of donor shortage?

And is this kind of "soft paternalism" the best way to make an apathetic nation engage with the issues affecting our lives? What else might we be automatically enrolled into?

"half-dead" mean?
""And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?

" He is the one who has set free the two kinds of water, one sweet and palatable, and the other salty and bitter. And He has made between them a barrier and a forbidding partition. (Quran, 25:53) "

"He has set free the two seas meeting together. There is a barrier between them. They do not transgress." (Quran, 55:19-20)

Mordern Science has just recently discovered this where in some places in the world where two different seas meet, there is a barrier between them. This barrier divides the two seas so that each sea has its own temperature, salinity, and density

I have been feeling light headed for about a week straight now, this feeling is combined with a headach, back pain, very very light period (not normal) and Im extreamly tired all the time so much that I have to take a nap during my lunch break to make it though the day.
I wear contacts and wonder if that has anything to do with it I know a bad perscription can give headachs. Also I was just treaded for chlymidia about 2 weeks ago could this be a result?

I'm in my mid-20s and I'm looking to purchase a condo in NYC. I'm interested in Astoria but I'm unfamiliar with the area. I know it as a family-friendly, blue collar, boring place full of senior citizens. Is this true? Or is it actually fun? Also, how is the commute to downtown? Finally, if I tell a lady in a bar that I live in Astoria, will she think I'm lame? If so, what other areas can you recommend where 1BR condos are <$450k. Thanks.

Astoria residents in their mid-20s will get preference for best answer.
