Yes u can definetly installl u ve got the cd and u have the cd key u can definetly install onwindows vista there is absolutely no problem
it is no compulsion that u need to install office 2007
but it is advisible that if u r going to buy one to buy the 2007 - coz it has better features and support
but incase u already own 2003 then it is better to install the same instead of wasting money on this
