The best online news source would have to be the associated press website or the reuters website. These are the articles written by journalists before they get cut up by other sources. Yahoo news is current, but you have to read it like it's propaganda that is not only cut-up, but is carefully selected from the large pool of news stories available because Yahoo has its own political agenda (more often right-wing conservative and pro-war).
Other than that, remember you'll never find an unbiased news story out there.

I try to find a variety of sources, such as local stations and newspapers (Dallas/Fort Worth, TX), CNN, FOX News, and USA Today.
