electron of an atom which rotates in a random "cloud" around the proton... surely the planet-sun system does not have "opposite charge" attraction but LIKE the electron-proton, there is the gravitational attraction BUT where the NET attraction is almost equal scale wise...

I believe that God made this for perfect order and that the earth and planets wont smash into each other and that we wont be experiencing really hot or really cold temperatures, life would be impossible... What Do You Think?

Dittohead cons seem to be confusing party with ideology.

Everytime I point out how it was social conservatives who owned slaves and fought against integration and liberals who fought to free slaves and marched for civil rights, they bring up Democrat versus Republican.

They reason well today's Democratic Party is dominated by northeastern liberals and the KKK was founded by (southern conservative) Democrats. They seem to believe this was always the case and therefore reason the KKK is a liberal organization and it was conservatives who marched for civil rights.

Anybody else see what kind of crappy logic that is?

I need to change the cassette on my MTB, I have an 8 speed 12/28, but i can only find a 7 speed 12/28. Would the only difference be not having 8th gear? or would it cause a problem shifting? thanks for any help

I've had tropical fish for a loooooong time now, and as I'm sure anyone know's who has them, the Danio's are incredibly active! But i'm starting to find now that they keep attempting to jump out of the water - just before as I was changing the tank light, one managed to jump out! And at nights, I keep hearing the splashing sound from under the hood (tank is in bedroom).

My own idea was that maybe the water temperature was too high - I know that when fish do feel the heat, they do get tempted to jump out of the water.
But if anyone has any other ideas, then pleeease tell me! And what expieriences have you had with the danio's? I've currently got a shoal of Leapord D's, Rummy nosed tetras, neon tetra's, and some orange platty's (why do they produce som much poo?)

I have an oscar pretty good size in a large tank. He has a dino eel and pleco with him. My question is how do I tell if it is a male or female? Can I get it a mate after being without one for so long. He is aggressive towards his food but not his tank buddies they know to steer clear of it.

Lets say you have not worked in over 7years then you start a new job and about a month or so later one of your pay checks bounce. then you find out that you were being paid less than minimum wage when you confront your employer he tells you its because you are being paid under the table! you request to be paid legally. Then you slowly but surely get sqweezed out and it has now been several months and your ex-employer has still not honored the bounced check and gives you another bad check for the payroll adjustment. He does however manage to give you your final check through a different account. what would you do now?

I dont know why but I always reject myself before a guy can. I am not ugly or insecure I just havent had the best past relationships and before the guy can ask me anything or ask me out I already have set in my mind that he will reject me so I do stupid stuff that he will. My baby is almost 5 months old and developed this rash like 2 days maybe 3 days ago and it just keeps getting worse. I thought it might be the cheap wipes I bought so I got some pampers sensitive ones thinking those would clear it up. I even have been putting Balmex on it. She's never had a rash but my sisters daughter always gets them and she said it looks like an allergy. But its not getting better its just getting worse. I put some meds on it today for an allergic reaction but she keeps scratching it. What do you guys think it could be and should I take her to the dr?
