I reject myself before he has the chance to...help me?

I dont know why but I always reject myself before a guy can. I am not ugly or insecure I just havent had the best past relationships and before the guy can ask me anything or ask me out I already have set in my mind that he will reject me so I do stupid stuff that he will. Help me please what can I do to stop this.

You need to project the sunshine you have in your soul into your heart and then outward to others. Think of your sunshine, instead of searching for the sun's rays of someone else's soul. By understanding what you have to offer a great guy will bring the needed confidence in having a beneficial and loving relationship.
