i would like to know every ones opinion on was going to take place with the real estate market over the next few years , im think of buying a 200,000 townhouse in brownard county plantation south florida , 10 years ago that same 200,000 place was only 90,000 do you think that that same 200,000 place could ever go back down to 90,000 , im just a little nevous and not sure if i should buy now , i must admit though that when i brought my house on long island new york for 300,000 back in 2001 i thought i was over paying and that i was getting ripped off who would have thought i it would go to 600,000 which i am in contract for its sold im hoping , any advice would be great

In Matthew 28:19 Jesus said what to do or how to do it. How do you explain what Peter was teaching? He was full of the Holy Ghost at the time.

In Matthew 16:17 Jesus was telling Peter about the revelation he recieved from God was Jesus wrong?

People at work have been complaining that the companys retirement plan sucks. We have 403b matching up to 3% and they put another 3percent without us having to do anything. Most people don't do it. All they have to do is open the accound and they get 3 percent free but they don't.
Now they are asking the company for 401k plans and the company refused saying we already have a really good plan and you can do it on your own if you want.

So why do they think 401K plans are so great? I'm thinking it is just them being stupid.

When i watch the San Antonio Spurs play, I lose the mood to watch. I think they are a great team, but not exciting. Their style is like that of the great Boston Celtics. They don't have a hype man. Their style never changes, meaning it's not the kind of team to have you wondering what's next. Their style works perfect for them. In other words they have an old school team. Even though i'm a SUNS fan, I would like to say ''CONGRADULATIONS TO THE SAN ANTONIO SPURS''.

Why do you get upset when a married man won't leave his wife for you? Why do you believe everything a married man tells you? Why do you date a married man at all? Are you that stupid in thinking that you actually mean something to him after you sleep with him? Do you think your something special or worthy to good, honest, SINGLE man after that? I have had it hammered into me all my life that we should respect other peoples views and beliefs, esecially the religious ones.

But why should I when those beliefs are so ridiculous and WRONG and a great source of violence and oppression?

Do Atheists have rights not to have their lives affected by what religious leaders say about drugs, immorality, abortion, for example?

Someone offered to sell me their 2001 Volkswagen Jetta TDI, which is diesel, for $4,068. I looked it up online to see how much they typically sell for with 170,000 miles on it (the amount on the car) and the kelly blue book value was 7-8 thousand. I am surprised that a car with so many miles on it is selling for so much, I actually thought $4,000 was a lot! Does anyone know if there is a reason why they are going for so much and how long it may last?

i consume about 1500-2000 calories a day. could i cut it to 500 for just a few days without my metabolism slowing down?how long would i be able to get away with 500 calories without my metabolism slowing down? (i would take a daily vitamin of course)

i would only eat fruits and veggetables and skim milk and i would eat 100 calories every two hours.
