I'm Running The Beta Version Of Safari 3.0 For Windows And I Was Wondering If Anyone Had Seen A Website That Gave An Estimate On When The Full Release Of The Software Will Be Released To The Public. I'm Thinking In October Around When Leopard Comes Out, But I'm Not Sure. A Set Date Would Be Even Better But Because Apple Is So Secretive I Doub't They've Released A Date. Thanks In Advance, Brodey.

Sorry Guys, No Offense But Firefox Sucks. It's Got The Worst UI I've Ever Seen (Forgive Me But Even Worse Then IE) Plus It's Pretty God Darn Slow. Long Live Safari, And Apple.

Safari for windows is at version 3.01 already!

For speed it beats out the rest, for look and feel it looks like a mac.

Unfortunately there are still bugs and it often conflicts with windows systems that have lots of modifications!

On a vanilla xp or vista system, it rocks!

the updates will come much sooner than October!

Out for less than a week, and already 1 update!

If the IE & Firefox crowd doesn't want it... so be it!

I use Firefox, Safari, Opera, and others... but not IE unless I have to!

Apple is the best, simple. The very first instant that I downloaded it and installed Safari, I uninstalled Firefox, I think that it is a good browser (Definately better than IE7 and a little better than Firefox). What I don't like about Firefox or IE7 is that they are slow, not simple and not easy to use, but over the time when more updates come for Safari, it will kick butt. Apple 4 Life

Ditto Bongster above...Safari seems rather a waste of time. I got it because I'm a website developer, and I had hoped for an element of cross-browser testing. It doesn't even provide *that*! First of all, I can't run it in offline mode at all!!! Second, I've compared it to friends who have the real thing on real Macs and it doesn't look much like. Finally, it doesn't deliver anything like the extra speed promised. Firefox is faster than Opera, Opera is faster than IE, and IE is faster than Safari, and all three of the "standards" are easier to use than Safari. (Heck, even the W3's Amaya, which is STRICTLY offline, is easier to use than Safari!!!)

Drop Safari back in the bucket and don't waste disk space and cycles!
