what crime would you be charged with because technically it isnt counterfeit ?.

You would hope to get away with it, but the trick is not to get greedy just print a few thousand at a time at irregular intervals.
You would be charged with theft by findng because having "come across it" you should not have used it

It would still be counterfeit, because only the government can print real money. Even if you have the same machines, inks, paper and dies, you're still not allowed to print the money, so it's counterfeit.

it isnt counterfeit its forgery. just think of the fun youd have holding that money for five minutes as you couldnt spend it or the fuzz would be on to you like a flash isnt worth a police record boo hoo only joking i do respect the law.

Yes, counterfeiting does not apply to the method of making the money - it applies to authority. You have not been given the authority to make money, even if you use the exact same technology to make money as the government does.

The notes would be counterfeit, as you would be passing them off as being produced by the Bank of England, whereas they were produced by you!
A long sentence of imprisonment for forgery is called for here!

Try going for that job where people throws huge wads of currency in used notes into a furnace all day.

It is where all the tatty fivers end up

Being paid to burn money all day would be cool. If you can beat the securitry then you are rich to!

it would be theft of government property and counterfeit the reason as per other answer. also you would create havoc with the countries economy as inflation would rise if you flooded the country with millions

You would be better off selling it back to the Goverment and keep yourself out of jail. Ever been in jail?You could learn lot's there but think your better off free.

I dont know but i know youll get in alot of trouble.But i think i would try to make money, Im already tempted to spend it, Forget it i dont want to know.
