Why would you want to, anyway? To lose weight? If you're fairly active and are only taking in 1500-2000 calories, you should be in pretty decent shape anyway.

You are playing a terrible game with your health. You could go into keto acidosis. Your metabolism would slow and start feeding off of your muscles in about a day s time. Stop playing or your heading for an eating disorder.

eat a whole bunch of fruit and veggies, thats what speeds your metabolism up. think of it this way, if you put only 1 gallon of gas in your car, how far will you go? not far. your body works the same way, no gas....no go. feed your body good healthy food and it will work the way its suppose to.

don't do it! It's very unhealthy. Try increasing your excercise. I.E. an hour of walking in the morning and another hour at night.

as some kind of cleansing regimen this may not be too horrible for you, i dont suggest you do it for long, or plan on any extra strenuous exercise while doing it.
