Simply hold one half of the said fish finger sandwich firmly in one hand and rotate using the other hand. Et voila! A fish finger sandwich with a twist.

Visit the St.Vincents Arms, Sutton on Derwent, Humberside - actually this is the next village to Elvington - near York. Adrian Hopwood, the chef, makes the best fish finger sandwiches ever!! Along with his Lobster, John Dory, Fillet steak, Lasagne etc etc . As a mum of 3 , who are now in their 20's, i feel both demoralised and thankful - they can now go there and pay him instead of getting it free at home !! Either way - my husband and i are happy !

My favorite is to add in some ground up wasabi almonds. If you have fresh fish, trying making the wasabi almond a crust/breading for the fish.
A bit spicy, a bit crunchy, and definitely fish sandwich with a twist.

i love fish finger sandwiches!
I'm not sure what twist you can add as they are bloody marvellous just making them the normal way.
Only thing I can think of is buy a different sort of fish and make the fingers out of them yourself (maybe adda bit of garlic and chilli to the breadcrumbs?) and get some nice fresh bread too.
