ok. i used some self spray tanner and it loks pretty bad. does anyone know of a way to help it fade quickly or go away???????

I found out a few days ago that I am pregnant. I have had the classic symptoms; nausea, vomiting, tenderness, etc. Today, though, I woke up and the symptoms aren't as severe. Do the symptoms come and go, or should I be worried I may be having a miscarriage? Are you supposed to get morning sickness every single day, for instance, to the same degree, or is it okay that some days it is less than others? I have been eating smaller, more frequent meals and drinking ginger tea.

The only new "symptom" I have had is a very, VERY light vaginal discharge that is a dark brown color. (So light I am having a hard time calling it discharge.) Any ideas?

Mostly I want to exercise just to become healthier/active, and to help with my depression. So I'm about to join a gym, and plan to go at least 5 days a week. But I'm scared! I suffer from:

1. being TOTALLY out of shape (I'm already very slim; I'm just completely inactive!)
2. breathing problems
3. motivational problems

Any advice/tips on what to expect, how to make it easier to start, and how to keep my motivation?

A friend of mine has asked me to be a bridesmaid for her. I have already een married myself for 2 years and was just wondering if you keep the title of bridesmaid if you are already married. I thought you were called a matron of honor but this only goes if you are chief bridesmaid as such. As I will just be one of the other bridesmaids can somebody please tell me the correct title? I always knew and it's always been clear in our house that our dad spanks our mom just like he spanks us whenever she disobeys him but he usually does it in private so we've only just heard it. But the other night we BOTH got spanked in front of each other. Here's the story, I went out to a party, which I wasn't suppose to go to, and let's just say I drank a little, HUGE NO NO! So I was suppose to be home at 12 but didn't have a ride home so I had to call mom to come pick me up. Well she could tell I had been drinking and i told her not to tell dad cause I didn't want to be spanked tonight. Well when we got home there was dad, he asked what was wrong mom said nothing, I was just sick. So dad went over to me and smelled the alcohol. So then him and mom got in an argument when mom cursed him out, which I've never heard her do before. So he was pissed! He told me Id be spanked first and told mom to stand and wait. He grabbed me lifted up my skirt and spanked the daylights out of me. Then told me to wait right there. He wanted me to watch mom's punishment too cause he said that since mom lied and acted like a child then she should be spanked no different then me. Mom was shocked! She kept asking him to take her in the other room and do it, it's too embarassing, but dad said too bad.(I laughed a little after he said that, cause now she knows how I feel) So mom went over his knee, dad pulled up her skirt and spanked her for what seemed like forever! I told mom later that I was sorry I got her in trouble but she said it was her fault and she was the parent and she deserved it. ANYWAY, anyone else seen their mom spanked?
