i have a red and wine Persian rug, off white tiled floor,deep blue sofa and white wall.pls help with interior?

Paint the wall behind the sofa either the red or wine of the rug.
Paint the wall opposite the sofa the deep blue. Paint other walls/trim off white or ivory.
If the other furniture doesn't match, toss a pillow or throw on itin same colors.
Buy drapes, pillows, lamps, shades in either red/wine/blue, or add one metal [ brass/pewter/bronze/copper ] for frames, mirrors, etc. Mirrors look great over the sofa or other long piece of furniture, or opposite the biggest window.
Don't forget some greenery.[ with coordinating pot, of course.]

maybe look for some accessories that pull all the colors together. Your rug sounds to be very interesting, hang it on the wall. Use your imagination.
