Seafood is what I grew up on (my dad was a lobsterman/ fisherman in Maine). I realize now how spoiled I was as he would bring home lobsters, crabs, shrimp, scallops, cod, pollock, haddock, halibut that he had caught fresh that day. I can still get fresh lobster and crab easily but the fresh fish is a hard to find. If I had to choose a favorite I would have to pick crab prepared simply w/ mayonnaise and served in a hamburger bun that is grilled. The best way to eat crab.

I love seafood! Especially shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, calamari, and the occasional cod or catfish. But no salmon unless it's in salmon loaf.

I love Salmon, or any other fish I catch, or buy off the boat. You know how fresh they are.
They just seem to taste better than store bought stuff.
You have to ask where their fish comes from as it could have been transported around the country for days

seafood is best experienced in the form of sushi! i recommend the shark, or the eel. delightful dishes they are.
