Will the casinos that are going to be build in Philadelphia be an overall bad addition to the city or a positive addition? (Why do you think they will be good/bad)

Don't know. Casinos are a business just like any other. Goal is to take money from people, just like Walmart.

There is always greater crime and poverty where gambling is allowed. By the way, there are no positive addictions.
