If we all have an individual purpose, what do you think your's is? I'd love to here people's view's on what they think their reason's are for being here and whether they have got in touch with their inner-selve's and understood their purpose. I think were here to learn from each other and understand each other's purpose's, to love one another, care for one another and forever live in peace and perfect harmony for eternity and beyond. That's my personal belief. To one day live united as one, just like we were in the begging and then we move onto the next level. In the process I think it's supposed to be good fun, well some of it anyway. Unfortunately we live in war, and to reach this ultimate goal we first need to cut out war and find a way of dealing with our issue's instead of fighting each other. This is the main question of all, how do we end war when everyone want's the same thing? Nothing is our's to take from someone else, we are meant to share the world not think we own it!

I was told that many christian holidays like Christmas and Easter are pagan holidays, but my husband doesn't believe me. Does anyone know for sure if they are or not? If they are, does someone know of a website that gives good information about it? I tried searching on yahoo, but didnt' find anything that gave good info about the holidays. Thanks!

i have a crowntail betta fish and my sister has just a regular male betta. i was wondering on a few questions.

how often should i clean its container?
what food is the very best for it?
does it matter weather or not i put
those little drops that get rid of clorine in the water?

i know that if the fish starts to dull in color then get new food
and i know that the food only keeps its nutrents for about 6
months and that to beable to keep it longer put it in the fidge

is there anything else i should know to make sure my fish
lives a long healthy life?

I have been married for almost 4 yrs. We have two children; 4 yrs & 6 mos. My husband has been to prison 3 times during our marriage. This last time I was only one month pregnant when he got locked up and he didn't come home until our son was 3 months old. Not for anything serious, just violations for drinking. He is an alcoholic. Each time gets locked up he promises me that he will not drink again and he will get the help he needs. The second time he came home he did really good for about 5 months then started drinking again. This time it only took about 3 weeks for him to start again. He's drinking almost everyday now. I feel hate towards him when he drinks and I resent him for it. He spends too much money on it and all I can think about is divorce. He is not willing to get the help he needs because he doesn't believe he has a problem. I know I can make it on my own but I love him. He's going to end up in prison again for sure. Should I wait for that or leave him now?

I'm just 23 years young, almost 24. My hair is graying rapidly and I'm starting to get wrinkles under my eyes. I seem to always be stressed out in life, but I wouldn't ever classify it as depressed. I just want to restore my body and start feeling my actual age, instead of mid 30's which is what I actually feel like.

I'm just wondering do any of you people out there have your sub woofer on the floor or on your entertainment stand? or on something else??,...i have mine on my entertainment stand, I like it there but everyone says it's better to be on the floor what do you peoples think? just wondering. :D
My subwoofer is at the top of my entertainment stand and it's for a surround sound... just in case anyone didnt know..or something,lol

i love her and want to spend the rest of our lives together. the problem: she is into some nutty eastern deepak chopra thing and is vegetarian.this is fine by me, i can accept it. she will not or cannot accept that i am not into that.i am willing to stop eating meat, provided my body chemistry will support a vegetarian diet. the hindu thing though- not for me.she wont consider abortion, and i dont want that either.but if she refuses to accept our differences and just wants me to pay for her to raise the child absolutely as she sees fit, then i dont want to be involved at all,financially or emotionally.

I just sold my used car which I owned for 5 years for $2,700 cash. I went to the bank and deposited the money(27 one hundred dollar bills). As soon as I got out of the bank, I noticed that the deposit slip said $2,500. I also kind of rememberd that I might have said $2,500 to the teller by accident.

I got scared that I might have lost $200 and ran back into the bank and confronted the teller who helped me. I asked her if she could count the money again. After she counted for the 2nd time, we both realized that she had $200 extra in her drawer.

Did she make a mistake as well or did she tried to rip me off? I just politely thanked her and left. She did look nervous when I confronted her. Also when I made the deposit on prior occasions, teller always put the cash in the drawer before I left. But this time, she seemed reluctant to put the cash in the drawer and I left seeing the cash still laying on the counter. I feel like I should do something but I don't know what.

I actually saw 2 or 3 of these birds while walking along the Thames near Henley (near the village of Marlow to be more precise) so I assume they are quite common in this area.

I didn't get a close enough look to give a good description but what bird of prey could have such a large wingspan and be found in this area?

He has aways loved his baby food from the time he was old enough to eat it. He would eat about a jar and a half each meal. Just recently he seems not to like it so much and hardly eats any of it. Does anyone know why and are there better ideas or alternatives to still feed him healthly foods? Also he does good with some solids but I don't know what is age appropriate and I need some good ideas for this age?
