I believe I threw out my are playing softball, I have a pain like I strained/pulled my bicep. I'm assuming rest will help, but how can I prevent this from happening again? (Strengthing, stretching, etc) Also, anyone know an exercise to get a stronger throwing arm?

I met him a month ago. We're both divorced. His was worst than mine. FOr the past 9 years he has been drinking and not having a real relationship. I told his friend I liked him and he was glad. We have seen each other a number of times and we have slept together twice, without a condom. I asked him if he just wants to be friends but he says that we are more than friends and that he likes me. I like him a lot too. But I seem to be doing all the contacting. He is always drinking with his friends and I mostly see him at night, kinda late. I go to his house and we can talk for hours about anything including sex. We both have said that we feel like we have known each other for many years. I have not heard from him since Friday night. He says that it is kinda hard for him to express his feeling and when I tell him that I want to get to know him, he says you can't get to know someone so quickly and that I should have patience. I told him I woud call it off but he doesn't want that

I have heard that a lot of people are suffering with this. It is like you arer bunged up with a proper cold, with sore throat, coughs etc, then it goes only to find a few days later, it is back , and sometimes one can wake up either in the middle of trhe night or first thing in the morning all bunged up again

ok I have been on a diet which consists of low sodium and low calorie daily intake with about a gallon of water a day. I go to the gym 6 days a week which cardio was 3 - 4 times a week for 45 give or take a few minutes. I worked out with weights 6 days a week but alternated the workout each night so my muscles would have time to recover. I lost a little over 14lbs in 4 weeks. About 2 weeks ago I changed my routine a bit because I lost alot of weight but it wasnt showing around my stomach area. I cut coffee and alcohol out completely and I run for 5 days a week now for 50 - 60 minutes a day. I actually am losing weight at a slower rate now. I have only lost just about 2 lbs in the past 2 weeks. What am I doing wrong with this diet? I just want to lose about 1-2 inches off my stomach and lovehandle area.

and some of these people are very intelligent people.
I know an ex USAF fighter pilot from the 70s, who tells me they Nasa didn't goto the moon in 69.
yet he his an highly intellegent man.
so why don't people believe that we went?

My sister just moved into a new house, and the door does not have a peephole. I feel that this is very unsafe for her and her children. There is no windows near the door to look out of either. I would like to install one for her but I do not know if you can install one into a metal door the same way you would a wooden door. If anyone has any advice for me I would greatly appriciate it.

My boyfriends sister and kids moved into my house this summer.At the end of the summer she moved out of the city and left her son to live with his father.Where they are living now is a very small space,1 little room with3 chaires and a t.v, the kitchen with a fridge and a stove that doesn't work then a bedroom that him and his dad share and a very small bathroom.His father does have a good head on his shoulders but can't keep a job.They live off welfare and go to soup kitchens when they can.I don't care bout what people have,He comes here 1 weekend of every month for a sleepover at our home, but now my son was invited out this weekend to sleep there.Their plan is to order out for dinner,go sledding,visiting,play games etc.My son has his own little spiderman couch that he brings to sleepovers.Would you let your child go if u were in my shoes?I dont want to offend them by saying NO! ....what would you think if someone sent their child for a sleepover in these conditions?
