I have just realised my payroll department have administered my pension incorrectly. I have now found that I will have a tax bill this year in the region of £420.00 they have been paying the wrong amounts monthly to my pension provider - different to what has been deducted from my payslip and my employers contributions are incorrect. I questioned it in March and they say we can meet next week to discuss? They also confirm to me that their control accounts have not balanced for several months - it must be since 2005 at least - whay is it only mean that is concerned????????

There was this sweet and intelligent girl whom I love and she stays in USA(already committed to someone)., and now I am married too!! But I can't stop thinking about her, it was probably staying and making her career in US which made her choice; sadly in my case it will work out a few years later but by then she would have been living with her man for almost 3-4 years, should I still pursue or forget about love of my life?? and that too, why me?? a goodlooking, intelligent and career oriented man?? I have asked this question several times to GOD and am also turning into a kind of a 'flirt' because of my 'hurt' EGO, Will you all help resolve this question??

I am addicted to pop, and I am in the process of loosing weight so I decided to "ditch" the pop. I do not like the taste of water so I have been getting these on the go packs and putting it in my water it has 0 cal 0 sugars and 10 mg of sodium....does this affect the water or is it just as healthy for me as drinking plain water?

My boyfriend looks for an excuse to drink, then he will cause an argument with me to dump me wherever and go drinking spirits, sometimes he goes for 3 days without being contactable. He goes to various pubs, peoples houses etc and doesnt bother about my feelings. He then sobers up and cries and says sorry he has a problem and will stop. he then stays sober until he slowly introduces alcohol back into his life like a drink with dinner etc until he binges again. what would you do if you where treated like this and the person said it was a disease and you would be wrong to leave them to deal with it alone. Does this sound like him wanting to have fun then come home and be forgiven or a genuine problem with uncontrollable alcohol urges

my husband is about to file for divorce today. he has been planning and getting all of his affairs in order for the last 3 months to prepare for his well being after the divorce. he stopped the joint account and has only given me 150 dollars this year. he claims that he can't afford to give me money because times are hard, but he is buying all the things he wants and needs. he buys a little food here and there and does the bare minimum to keep from getting in trouble. I know that the kids and i will have to move out of housing in June or July. I haven't worked in 5 years and i need childcare, a place to live and to be able to have help getting back on my feet with 4 kids one of which is mine from another relationship. i havwe talked to everyone on post, but he has gotten there before me and made me out to ber a crazy woman. please help.

i went to check my email last night and when i went to log in my boyfriend was still loged into his (but he wasnt home) i got nosie and ive been suspisous lately. so i looked , but now i wish i had not i found half naked pictures of hisso called "friends", a very emotional letter to his ex sayin he will always care for her and he misses her. im flipping out i dont know what to do i love him we have been together for over a year and we just moved into an apartment together. it get hard to trust him he works the graveyard shift(11pm-7am) so there is plenty of ways he can cheat without me really knowing....but now my problem is do i confront him? and if i do how can i tell him i know without telling him i ws snooping? or should i wait a few days and see how i feel?? i REALLY dont know what to do right now ive never been cheated on b4 so i dont really know how to handle this HELP!?!
