it's unrealist, but it's a good request. he is only trying to help people eat better and more healthy. The problem as I see it is that a lot of people eat fast food for the reason, it's fast, and you don't have all the time in the world to wait for a long lunch. You can't always sit down to a lovely lunch. Unfortunately he doesn't play in the real world.

I can see how it can be realistic. People really don't need to be eating McDonald's everyday clogging they arteries. Maybe the only way to make sure people do that is to demand people to stop eating it. To show that the prince is worried about the health of his people is a very good thing. But maybe if he encouraged a healthy lifestyle instead of the McDonald's thing it would be better. Maybe he should give everyone a month of free gym membership like Dr Phil.

yes it is. people eat at a place because they want to. if they want to eat healthy then they will and if they dont want to eat better then that's their choice. taking out a fast food restaurant also penalizes those who may actually be in a good healthy state, but may like to splurge every now and then on those delicious fries. McDonald's is also a parents savior when they dont have time to cook for their kids. I don;t know of any kid that will resist McD's if given the chance. You shouldn't dictate what people eat, only suggest and leave the decision to the people themselves.

It is unrealistic, you can't control what people are gonna eat. But coming from a former employee, banning McDonald's may not be such a bad idea. That food is really gross.
Besides nothing is wrong with eating healthy.

Who cares what a 50+ year old named Prince thinks?
Prince Charlie must be having flashbacks to when the royalty of England mattered. What will he do if someone is caught with a cheeseburger? Send them to the Tower of London? Put them in a Stockade? Chop off their head?
People should eat healthy (duh!), but they should enjoy their food and have the freedom to choose also. Maybe Prince Charlie should worry more about all the bleedin' chemicals the agro-corporations put into the food we all eat rather than a super-sized order of fries...

A demand? Or a suggestion?
Either way, good intentioned but unrealistic until we can eat better at a cheaper cost.

That poor man looks like he could use a couple sack fulls of McDonald's. If he is the picture of health I don't want to be the opposite!

People only eat mcDonalds because its cheap and fast. health food is more expensive and time consuming than crap food! Thats the paradigm that needs to change (and no, the answer is not a "fat tax", that won't change anything). Someone needs to come out with a FAST HEALTH FOOD Restraunt with reasonable prices (dollar menu and so forth)...then you will see the change.

That guy is goofier than a mouse in a cheese factory! Look at his personal life, traded in a beautiful woman for that thing that looks like a Shetland pony. What does he know about "good" anyway? Nobody's going to take him seriously at this point.
