I think I can help! Well first of all where do you live? If you live close maybe I could do it for you. I've watched many dogs before and I even have my own dog. A Husky Retriever mix. I love animals and I wouldn't mind doing it! But if I can't do it for you, let me make a suggestion. Post up posters around town with your phone number on it and info about your dog. Trust me, you will be getting calls pretty soon. Just mak sure it's at a busy place, like maybe a supermarket? My best of luck to you and your hound!

I found our pet sitter on Craigslist.org...I have a hound too, and she loves it there! Go to the pet section of your local Craigslist, you might be able to work out a deal for an extended stay with a pet sitter. Good luck!

I would look into kennels in your area. Or ask a friend to watch them while your away. Or maybe there is a kennel in indiana that you can board at.

look up dog kennels/pet sitters in your yellow pages...we have them in my area...OH...I'm sure you must too. Or place an ad in your local paper...good luck
