Hi folks
I'm on a strict calorie controlled diet to lose weight, just 1400 a day. I only need to lose another stone but I'm starting to struggle with hunger pangs now!
I normally have an apple or necterine for breakfast , around 8am, then get hungry by 10am so I have a small pot of yoghurt and 2 clementines in work, then I'm starving again by 11.30am!
I need a low calorie, filling breakfast I can make the night before and eat on the way to work.
Please help!
