the governement has no intention of protecting the privacy of the British population.

we are on a security camera more times in a day than we go to the toilet over a week.

identity cards are another method of observing us.
there has been talk of medical records being open to all who wok in the civil service. do dentists have the right to view what medication you are taking?


governments have no business delving into this kind of tresspassing. but security cameras are neccessery in terms of preventing crime. the evolved dangers of society call for measures such as those.

until crime and terrorism has been eliminated, the government will continue to work on the ideal of acting for the greater good.

By following Ireland and creating a law of Privacy. At the moment you can only claim so called privacy under Data Protection Act, common law breach of confidence, Protection from Harrassment Act, Human Rights Act Art 8, Defamation etc.
UK gov needs to get their arses into gear and create a tort of Privacy.

By rescinding half the legislation on the statute book,and going through the rest with a fine tooth-comb. Stopping collecting and storing information on us.Accept where relevant ie.Criminal records,tax and social payments.
