When I worked in a restaurant, we served a glass of wine at 6 oz per glass. That is the understood and accepted "standard". However, nutritional guides base their information on 5 oz for white and red, and 3 oz for dessert wines. Below is a link for different nutritional info based on varietal. Hope this helps!
