i work in a manufacture setting; along side my husband, actually he is my boss. 6 months ago he hired an assistant, a 21 y/o stick thin, long haired blonde, i became her friend, & we'd all go out for drinks, but the more i got to know her the less i liked her. she is a self proclaimed "gold digger" she's said that she's already been intimate with a lot of the guys in another department, she flirts with & has gone on a few dates with a married co-worker & she uses men for $ I have found myself actually loathing her & to make matters worse i have to see her everyday flirting with my husband who is less then 20 feet away My Husband & i have had A LOT of HUGE fights about this, he says he understands my POV & that he will tone it down, but sometimes he gets heatedly defensive of her I trust him, but i hate him for hurting me He confides in her & even told her how much i make, which is less then her! my husband buys her things lunch, drinks etc. i can't quit, but i can't stand the flirting!

Ok so I lost alot of weight and did it really fast, pretty much unhealthy way practically starving myself. But now I lost close to 100 lbs and left with alot of loose skin. I am working out for 4 hours at a time at the gym. 2 mile run and different weights abs, arms, etc... So i still have alot of loose skin and flab all over and have no idea how to get rid of it.

I'm now eating right and excercising and doing it the right way so how can i get rid of all that loose skin fast is there a cream of some sort? I dont ent to resort to surgery. If you suggest just continuing my workout how long would it take to loose it all?
any suggestions will be appreciated.

I would like to pay off the entire loan at once, but its a large amount. I have been making monthly payments for the past 9 years and interest is still being added to the original loan amount. So..i have bought a 2nd hand PC.

My husband all of a sudden seemed to be at a certain office uptown alot, he repairs office machines for a living but this was not a customer of ours the woman running the office also lives down the street from us. He was filling out some morgage papers etc.. and she helped {i guess} some? But is it wrong for me to be mad as hell when i found a reciept in his pocket where he had bought her a $130.00 outfit as a "thank you" the outfit was hidden in our vehicle because he knew it was wrong when confronted about all of it he blames me for being jealous? I also found on our cell phone bill where they were sending text almost every night until sometimes 2:00 A.M. and talking 5-10 times daily for 20 -30 min per call!! Now am i just crazy jealous for no reason ? Also he has never went to the mall and picked out a outfit for me !!

He never said I was. He never says that we spend too much time together. Im always wondering how I look to people. I wish I could stop. Right now Im wondering if the guy I like is tired of me. I wonder if I look desperate. We sleep together, no sex, like personal teddy bears, we are. Im always in and out of his room. I have other friends not many, I hang with them, and when Im not with them Im with him. He never tells me to go away. But I wonder if I look bad, always going back to him, not a day goes by we dont see eachother. Its always bc I go see him. Whether he call me to come, or I go by myself. I know that he goes to other ppls rooms. Im starting to wonder why he doesnt come to mine. It never bothered me before b/c I like to go to others rooms. I signed a one year lease slightly over a month ago. I signed the lease along with the first month and deposit. I was not disclosed the property was in foreclosure. Was this lease legal? Last night I received a notice of entry and there is now a change of ownership with a new landlord. Also, the new property owner presented a notice of entry and notified me that I owe rent for the last days of the month in rent. This rent was already paid in full to the prior landlord. I have no paperwork or proof as of yet that he is actually the new owner. He has already expressed his intentions on raising the rent. My unit is rent control. What are my rights?
