I make commentaries about the people around me. Just the other day I saw an old lady standing in the middle of the aisle at a supermarket. She looked dazed and confused. I pretended she was looking for a pregnancy test, but didn't have the courage to ask one of the employees where they were.

Sometimes it's a stupid song that I don't like running over and over like some kind of insane merry-go-round.
Other times I study the construction around and look for missing nails, burned out light bulbs, or broken tiles. If I've been there before, I'll look around for what's new or different.
I like to watch people, of course, but it's not polite to stare, even if their clothing and personal style seem to be contrived just for staring (and disbelief). You know most people glance at the mirror before they go out and I wonder what they see when they look at themselves. The younger people are the more self-concious they seem, and the older people are the more comforable and unaffected their styles seem to me.
So, I guess I am primarily an observer.

Ah, a common occurance for me. Since I am by myself for most of the day (when I arrive home I have my dog) I can give you some tips.
You can: Bring an MP3 player with you; Think of stories and situations that you can use for writing novels; Rewatch old episodes of your favorite shows inside your mind; Freak people out by opening your eyes really wide and smile all the time; Laugh to yourself for no reason at all; Count how many people who are wearing clothes that they have no business wearing; etc...

I tend to over analyze my environment and be more observent of my surrondings.
For ex:
If Im in a restaurant I look to see how the restaurant is operating and the reactions of the customers and workers. Ill break the menu apart, try to analyze what seasonings are in my food.
If Im grocery shopping- I analzye alot of products in the store, I know where everything is by heart now.

Honestly what i really think...
Most of the time its dead air. I might as well be a walking sack of flour programmed to go somewhere. Sometimes a song is stuck in my head. Sometimes i get paranoid about what other people are thinking and then i wonder if they know what i am thinking and then i wonder if they are thinking of how i am thinking of what they are thinking and if they are not telepathically sending me fake thoughts so they can get teh drop on me... and then when i leave it goes back to dead air

I watch people and put personalities and lives with their faces. Or you could buy a stuffed animal and throw it out in the street and start going hysterical and acting like you just lost your best pet.

Hey Mambo! Mambo Italiano... This is the song that never ends.... A little bit of Erica on my mind. It's a medley of all the songs I hate, but can't get out of my head.

I think about what my goals for that day are. what I wil do next. what I've done so far. It really helps you succed and remember small things like paperwork or picking someone up and so on. and when there sint much spare time to just think this time is really useful.

Depends. I might be thinking of a book I'm reading or just read. I might be mentally practicing either one of my piano pieces or flute pieces. I might be practicing my meditation/ breathing skills. I might be observing people as they go by. I might be thinking about anything that happens to be on my mind.
