It's bad enough knowing that the clock is ticking for me, and everyone else I know, and one day it will just stop.
I doubt my psyche could handle knowing the exact date of my demise.
Questions like this remind me to take life one day at a time and be thankful for it.
Warren Zevon, after receiving a terminal diagnosis of lung cancer summed up his take on the situation:

Absolutley not. If i had a terminal illness, than yeah. but if it was going to be a sudden death, then no. i appreciate every day as it is, i already know i could die tomorrow, its interesting to think how things would be if everyone knew their time though.
