Ok so I lost alot of weight and did it really fast, pretty much unhealthy way practically starving myself. But now I lost close to 100 lbs and left with alot of loose skin. I am working out for 4 hours at a time at the gym. 2 mile run and different weights abs, arms, etc... So i still have alot of loose skin and flab all over and have no idea how to get rid of it.

I'm now eating right and excercising and doing it the right way so how can i get rid of all that loose skin fast is there a cream of some sort? I dont ent to resort to surgery. If you suggest just continuing my workout how long would it take to loose it all?
any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm not sure that Law and Ethics is the correct forum for this question, but congratulations on your determination.

How old are you? Your skin elasticity decreases dramatically after age 40. It's good that you're eating right--you made it worse than it had to be by eating too little when you were losing weight.

Wait a while and see if your body starts to readjust, because anything will take some time--just like losing the weight did.

The biggest thing you can do right now though, is gain more lean muscle mass. No more losing weight, just changing your body composition. More weight training, with lower weights and higher reps (15-20)

Best of luck and congratualations on an amazing accomplishment.

Because it was so stretched, the skin will never go back to it's original size.
While you will lose SOME of the excess skin, there will always be floppiness in some areas.
The only way is surgery---sorry.
