I like to become a 'beefcake' by the end of the year. I have been slim my whole life i'm in my mid twenties now and starting to bulk a bit. Is regular exercise and weight training the only answer or are there other things i need to be doing. For example all these drugs and protein pills and what nots are they worth it??

It seems that the whole world is using "So" as an adverb in the beginning of the sentence instead of at the end. I believe that this was first heard on the TV show,"Friends" It drives me crazy and I just want to know if this was the correct usage.

I already reported it and I'm sure soemtime in the next week they will give me a figure. But I was looking for a ball park amount that I might expect. I have a 2002 Kia Spectra. It's in good shape. The other car backed into my parked car and it scraped/dented the bumper. Also it dented the fender around the driver side headlight. No other damage as far as I can tell. What do you thinkg?

At a two way stop where the cross traffic is heavy, a car wanting to make a right hand turn (car A) stops at the stop sign and waits. While waiting, a car pulls up to the opposite side wanting to go straight through and also waits (Car B) , Behind car B, 2 more cars pull up and wait (Cars C and D).

As breaks in the cross traffic occur, In what order should the cars proceed through the intersection?

Has anyone written an art review before? I have been asked to write a review on a piece of visual art, but have never been asked to do something like this before... and truthfully... it seems to be a very intimidating task... on one hand, I do want to express my true feelings about the painting and that includes touching on it's short comings... but i also do not want to be ruthless because the artist is a close friend of mine.... what should i do???

Ok. I am pretty organized in School...but, my room is a total mess. I'm not kidding. i can't even walk in hardly. My parents are so mad. But, I can't find anywhere to put stuff. I've gone through it all so I threw everything that I could out. I can't get rid of anything else. I just don't know where to put the stuff. It's all mostly gifts from like Christmas and my birthday. but my closet is full my room is full. ANd I want it to be clean and organized where I know where everything is. TIPS? HELP ME!!!! I can't even make it to my desk...so I have to do homework in the floor or in the living room. Every time I go in to clean I stop cuz it's so boring.

I am getting sick and tired of people going on and on about Big Brother all the time, as I feel it is the most pointless show there is (just watching people go about everyday lives) Is there anyone else who hates it as much as I do?
