I'm 4 points over my BMI, need to lose 20 pounds. Recently started exercising (versa climber-40 min, squats, lunges, crunches), three times per week. I use to take phentermine to curb my appetite, but can't purchase now w/out Dr's permission. What can I take to curb my appetite? I really, really need help. Any suggestions. Hate those granola bars.

i like one of my brothers old friends(and my brother dont care)but yesterday i was texting him(his names bennett)and i was asking him if he likes me.. and he said i dont like you lets be friends er somn.. and i got really sad and started crying actually.. i though i wouldnt.. but i really REALLY like him alot.. and i dunno what to do.. i want to show him but im scared.. ok, i may not have been clear first time through, so let me reitterate my statement. a good friend of mine is in an abusive relationship, physical, and mental. she wont leave on teh assumption he can change, he loves her, blah blah blah. the cops wont do anything, since she wont talk to anyone but me, her other friends turn a blind eye to the marks on her...there is nothing else to do, i'm at my wits end, and no i wont abandon her i wont stand for abuse, so anyone who says "leave her be" not an option. god, anyone who wants to say "just pray" no thank you, god wants to turn ablind eye to somthign as horrible as hittign a woman **** him. i need seriosu advice on how to jar her out of it. im to the point where ive given thought to breaking his legs, or taking her out of that apartment myself...web sites, personal advice, ideas, anything would be appreciated.

That has been a theory of mine for awhile now that he was just a talented "showman" , not that he was in on it , but just as big business uses politicians today, did they do they same with hitler?

Big question is why did they help him with all the resources and technology to build and army knowing full well what he was up to ?

Maybe that just found him when he was in Munich after WWI and just thought he would be a good somebody to appeal to the Germans and get them enthusiastic again in politics and then use him for their own agenda?

Do those of you who belong to faiths that meet in congregations find that having a religious figure preach from the texts gives you greater understanding of the message behind the text? Do you feel that it stifles your own ability to interpret the text?

In fact, do you think that these texts were meant to be interpreted by us or by imams/rabbis/pastors?

Also, I included imams, but I wasn't sure if services had any sort of dissection of the Qu'ran, or if they were more geared towards prayer. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter, who is 3 now, was born breech. She was butt first and folded in half weighing 8 lbs even and i devilerd her vaginally. I recently had my 2nd child and when answearing all the questions about my previous delivery all the doctors and nurses were shocked when they found out the way i deliverd. They said they should have NEVER let me deliver such a large baby like that and that is was very dangerous to do that. My daughter had a few problems after birth, fliud in her lungs, and an infection. She was in the NICU for 3 days after i went home. Shes perfectly healthy now, and no problems with her hips, which i was told might be a possibility. I was wanting to know how rare of a delivery this really is and what danger my daughter and i were truely in?
