Light headiness can be due to a lack of water too and or an ear infection, sinus infection. After you AB did you take acidophilus to regain “good bacteria” in your guts and improve your immune system?
It sounds like your immune system is low. Drink 8 – 8 ounce glasses of water daily. Avoid sugar and products which sugar as every infection thrives with sugar. Try Oil of Oregano as Oil of Oregano is anti- bacterial, anti- viral, anti- fungal. Take the Oil of Oregano internally and massage around the ear. Feeeeels so good. Use Eucalyptus on her pillow or half an onion to clean the ear. Try to steam with eucalyptus to open up the sinuses. Use super foods to increase your immune system, like walnuts, kefir, blue berries (vegetables and fruit in general). For allergies use lots of Vitamin C like 1000 mg every hour for a child times 4. It seems like you are almost better. Just the tip of the ice berg. Here some more practical tips. Avoid stress and focus on health not on sickness, visualize your self better and do the visualization together in a fun way. When you get in a positive mode you will also be able to find the right solutions much easier.

Most likely there still some inflammation left in the sinuses, and with the ear's Eustachian tube in the same area, that could cause some of what you described. Keep your ears and mouth & nose protected from the frigid temps, and wind. Never hurts to check back with your MD. Take care. SW RNP
