The biggest pro is that if the person respects themselves enough to remain a virgin, then they will be a better spouse.
The biggest con is actually finding a virgin of legal age.

The pros are going to be that you get to shape the sexual experience and sexual reality of your spouse. Help her discover what she likes and make it great for the both of you. As for the cons, that's going to depend on your age difference, what her cultural upbringing and background are rooted in, etc. I would say, however, that you may be in for some frustration due to her lack of experience. Also, in reality, she may or may not be a virgin. I recently dated a girl who at 24 claimed to be a virgin. I take the line that if she is, great, and if she isn't, great. Naturally, as an adult, I hardly expect to meet any virgins; I expect that people do what they do for whatever reason they choose. But if you trust her and are going to marry her, then you have to believe her if that's what she says.

Mostly a lack of experience with others, and if you marry the said virgin, after a certain time they might feel that they have missed out on a lot of sexual experiences other then with their spouse, as for the pros, I guess they are outlined and similarly outdated in every prudish list out there and in the odd religious document,

I see no "Pro's" about it
There is a reason for staying a virgin in the persons mind. If it is truly to want to give yourself to your husband, Thats OK, but if it's because you have been raised to feel sex is dirty thats another story. If it's the second choice, get professional help first.
