What's your one year olds schedule like? my son will be one in feb. and he gets up at 8:30 a.m. has a bottle...about an hour later..has cereal and some juice...goes down for his nap from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. then has another bottle...around 4 p.m. has dinner and then at 5:45 p.m. has another bottle and down for the night at 6 p.m.

I went for a walk earlier & you know the roadsides and the hedges were full of empty plastic bottles, beer cans and other rubbish.

Is it like this were you live? why are we paying council tax when it is so filthy dirty everywhere?

What can we do about it? I think if they spent a month cleaning it up it would be like Sisyphus and they would have to begin all over again.

Its thoroughly depressing the way we treat the country. :~(

When I turn on my iPod nano I get the message "Use iTunes to restore".

When I plug in my iPod nano, I get this message in iTunes: "iTunes has discovered an iPod in recovery mode. You must restore this iPod before it can be used with iTunes".

I did notice on the iPod screen in my iTunes that for the capacity it says "N/A", and I only see that my iPod is up to date and I only have the restore button to choose from.

When I try to restore my iPod - nothing happens, it goes through the restore process, but just repeats that the iPod is in recovery mode.

The screen is NOT in color, only in black and white. Even the "Do Not Disconnect" is in black and white and NOT red like it used to be, even the battery symbol is black and white and NOT green like it used to be.

I tried to plug it into my Macintosh and it was Not recognized as a devise and when I tried to restore it with the Mac, I got a (1429) error code.

I am 19 and have a history of experiencing domestic violence, self harm and drug/alcohol addiction. I am now leading a safe and reasonably healthy lifestyle - 3 years clean offf drugs, i don't self harm any more and am a lot more positive than i used to be but i still feel that i have a lot of issues that i am carrying around with me.

I have 12 GCSEs and 4 NVQs, as well as being a trained hair extensionist so i have intelligence but my past

Some days, someone has to say something i take to heart or something minor goes wrong and i'm bursting into tears! I am irritable most of the time and think a lot of negative thoughts. I have feelings of sadness, guilt and anger.

I find it hard to talk to family as i don't want to worry them any more than i have done already in the past.

I am trying so hard to pull myself together but at the moment all i can seem to do is sleep, eat and smoke!!! I know that its not the answer!!

Has anyone felt the same as me before? :-) :-) :-)

Bubba didn't know what the sign in the store window meant when he concocted an idea.

The sign said "Suits $5.00 each, Shirts $2.00 each, Trousers $2.50 per pair".

Bubba says to his pal, "Billy Ray, Look! We could buy a whole lot of those, and when we get back to Arkansas, we could make a fortune. Now when we go into the shop, you be quiet, okay? Just let me do all the talking cause if they hear our accent, they might not be nice to us. I'll speak in my best Texas drawl."

They go in and Bubba says, "I'll take 50 suits at $5.00 each, 100 shirts at $2.00 each, and 50 pairs of trousers at $2.50 each. I'll back up my pickup and ......"

The owner of the shop interrupts, "You're from Arkansas, aren't you?"

"Well...yes," says a surprised Bubba. "How come you know that?"

I make sure it's dark where they are in the morning and I've tryed covering them,but every dam morning they're loud loud loud,then when we get up,make java etc,they shut up. How do I make them quiet? There may not be a way,but i'm sure hoping.
