well actually Mexico has some of the top ranked medical personal in the world and if you are serious then ill let you know that If you want them done right then its going to cost money Evan in Mexico because you want nice cemetrical breasts and not lop sided melons so please take my advice and if you get them done make sure the Doctor is certified and its not so cheep that you feel suspicious
