ok properly first, they in user-friendly words want 18-24 oz..of milk/dairy. second, you do not ought to provide him milk so long because the dairy is in his eating routine. My daughter would not have a chain some thing for milk on the grounds that her snacks change. I make effective you provide her a sippy of 8 oz..of milk contained in the morning and he or she liquids pediasure (8 oz.). yet she eats cheese for a snack and yogurt in certain circumstances. So it relies upon, notwithstanding that's more advantageous than sufficient milk you're giving. i'm no longer effective why you do not use common cow's milk, yet in case you may then use it. It has the fat that they want. My daughter is 13 months as well and this become words and suggestion from her pediatrician.

when my son was one his schedule was : up at 5:30 (he has always been a self early riser), bottle, nap at 9-10, lunch at 12, nap at 1-2, dinner at 4:30 and bed at 6 or 6:30 (he usually would just collapse in his crib after playing.)

My daugther doesnt have a schedule. I've tried but it seems to go on her time. As to when she goes to bed it depends on how well she slept during the night the night before so bed times vary all the time as do her meals. It is a bit frusterating...but we make it work.
