Yes, I do. It can be kinda hard to get them just right though. Sometimes they can be too hard, sometimes too mushy. Sometimes to burnt. But when they are just right.......YUM YUM!!!

I wouldn't know how that feels. I have never been able to make perfect fried potatoes. I wonder what the secret is.

Oh yes and perfect to me is to slice them kind of thick and get them good and golden brown on both sides and sprinkle garlic salt. Fried taters and onions! I am cravin some soul food right now. I'd like Fried Porkchops, Fried taters and onions, macaroni & cheese - the baked kind with the crust of course and some pinto beans.
Would you make that for me when I get out?
