If you're looking to lose the inches off your waist, you'll want to do spot-toning exercises such as sit-ups and crunches, but if there happens to be excess fat on top of the muscle, you'll be wanting to do cardio such as walking or running to deal with that. Don't expect to lose 3 inches quickly, though, if you're doing it in a healthy way. Healthy weight loss tends to be slow and steady, which is DEEPLY FRUSTRATING.

Yes, that is good realistic goal. Remember though, you will lose weight from everywhere else too. You will need to lose around 15lb to reach your goal and you should aim to lose no more than 2lb per week. Don't eat less than 1,200-1,500 calories and do plenty of cardio and strength training to help burn calories, speed up metabolism and maintain/build muscle mass.

Good luck : )

no but if your really desperate then you could go anorexic like all the other people in the world today..... just kidding .... if you eat healthy and knock out all sweets and walk for atleast 20 minutes a day then your liable to lose the inches and pounds not quick enough to hurt you but quick enough to make you happy
