natural pure honey never crystallized. but it can be agglutinated.
in this case, you must put the honey jar in the hot water( max. 60 C ) for about 30 minutes. don't heat it directly. only use the water bathe.

This is the good thing about honey. It will never go bad or to waste. Yes, you can heat it up in the microwave. I put it on 50% only and heat it for 30 seconds at a time. If you do heat it up in a pan with some water on the stove, you just need to make sure that no water get into the honey. Otherwise, you can reheat, reheat and reheat! Enjoy the labors of those little honeybees!

Put the jar with the top loose into a pan of water on the stove, with the water not covering the top of the jar, maybe 1/2 way up, and warm it up til the honey uncrystallizes. You may also be able to do this in the microwave but I'm not positive.

Warm it up in the microwave or put bottle into hot water. The crystals are just the sugar in the honey.

you're much better with putting the jar in a bowl of hot water as opposed to the stove or microwave! it doesn't take much heat to revert honey back to its original state, just make sure you open the jar and mix it a few times while the water is still hot to get the heat as evenly distributed as possible.

keep it in the original container and sit it in a bowl of hot water. leave it sit and after a little bit it should "melt" back to its original state. good luck!

You can nuke it in the micro wave for about 25 seconds on high.
