hi what can i do to whiten\ligthen (alot) my skin because i feel like very brown and i dont like my color anymore.. my normal skin color in white so i want to be white again what can i use thats really effective dosent damage alot your skin and ligthens alot! please help!

i have always been to beaches and i spent all day long.. since the sun appears till the night comes in the sun since i was a new born baby and sometimes i dont put on sun block , my skin started to change to tanned color when i was like 4 years and now i feel like im very brown and i dont llike it i want to go white again soooooo bad! please help

my husband and i are seperated, we were together for a little over a year, he chose to leave, he was pretty cold about how he left, it was just "you make me miserable, see ya" but i was faithful to him, did everything i could think of for him, I don't know how i made him miserable, he has contacted me once to ask about splitting our property and was questioning me about who this guy was or that guy was on my myspace page and wanted to know if i was dating and got all pissed off when i said i was going out to a party with a guy friend of mine. He makes comments like "your friends shouldn't tlak about me since you don't care about me" it seems like he wants an answer back. I have no idea where he is and I checked his myspace page and he has been talking to his ex wife on there, they had lunch together, he asked me to call him and when i did he started saying really nasty things to me, about why he hates me, etc. He is 30 and i am 25, does he care, whats up with his noncaring attitude?

I proposed this question because it is possible we will have a new war in the near future, and we would like before new war investigate this issue completely.
Suppose Iranian people are not satisfied of their governor; and, they like to stay on their power and destroy every opponent and freedom for social and political writer or the same things are banned, and also the follower can not follow their favorite Iranian parties and many of them escapee out of Iranian and etc. How can we solve these problems without war? usually when i get up every morning, my armpit starting much sweat even after shower but no smell, during sweating i felt horrible and bad mood, it happen most of day including in winter.

I try every type of deocodorant production but it doesn't work and when i consult with doctor, he said it normal when my body need more glucose but even i try to have more sugar it still happen and my sweat felt like sticky.

Please advice me to a better solution.

Appreciated your help.
