I just heard that you need a passport if you are going to travel, but i wanted to know if i am a U.S. Citizen and live in San Diego, but i always travel from Tijuana To Guadalajara and from Guadalajara back to TJ and after TJ i go to the border and come home do i still need a passport or no cause im really not sure ?

Just found out I have a cyst. I have been waking up at night due to pain caused by the cyst. I've found that using a hot water bottle actually releives the pain after some time... any other suggestions?

OMG....seriously.......OMFG.....idots are actually trying to pass this one through in California. The goverment is actually going to try to fine me for disciplining my child? Next they will make it mandatory to read books and say prayers at bedtime, Not that Im opposed to doing those things mind you, but who in the goverment has the right to tell me how to raise the children that I chose to birth and care for. Give me a BREAK anyone out there think its a good law?

I was sick for 2 days afterward with diarrhea and cramping and I threw up twice initially when I realized that the chicken was completely raw. I called a lawyer and he said no lawyer would take the case because I wasn't hospitalized or anything. Wendy's gave me my $5.48 back and apologized but that's it. What do you think?

habits which are the most impossible to break out of are for me as follows in order of difficulty to stop:

1. thinking about sex ( masturbation maybe) this is the hardest.
2. Eating too much shite . ( especiall junk food) ( it is hard)
3. Drinking alcohol ( not really that bad, only when stressed)
4. Smoking cigarettes (surprising maybe for some of you, but
this one isnt too hard , except when
around others and stressed)
5. Talk forums ( this only started a few weeks ago, before,

As part of my naturopathic training I am required to qualify as a remedial messuse. What I want to know is, when I am performing a back massage on somebody, how do I know if their back is out and they need a referal to a chiropractor? I am a consumer and I spoke up sharply and negatively about a company that is indeed ripping off others. My "review" circulated across the net... and in fact many agreed with me.

Three weeks ago I started receiving emails from their lawyer threatening legal action. Everytime they come across my article or statements on a blog or in a discussion (not on my sites), I get another "formal notice" email ("govern yourself accordingly").

It's to the point where I'm starting to think going to court might be the best option... sueing them for harassment. While I may have posted a negative review, I am a consumer and entitled to freedome of speech. I don't know why I'm in such a hot seat and I'm getting sick of it.

What's the worst I could face if sued? Possibly bankruptcy?

Does anyone know what my options are? How far could this go?

By the way, the company in question is operating a money scam... if taken to court, I think that company would be out of "business". Suggestions?
