What would you prefer in your girlfriend or spouse? A pair of small boobs, let's say something like a 32 A, but they are very much real. Or would you rather your woman have something that of a C, but totally silicone?

Breasts can never get you anywhere you Want to be. So all you're doing with fake ones is setting yourself back a couple of thousand dollars and feeling exactly the same a month or so later when the feeling of something new passes. Then you're on to the next insecurity that pops up. So my answer is, no matter what, to stay real regardless of size.

Real, for sure. There's just something about fake unneeded breasts that makes me wonder how much about the rest of the woman might be fake in terms of her personality and lifestyle, also. Breast implants are a tip off other things to look for such as insecurity,vanity, or a greedy materialistic nature.

Boobs are great there is no doubt about it. I am someone who has dated a 32DD, and 32B. I myself prefer bigger boobs in the short run. Many women with larger boobs tend to dream about reducing them. Due to back pain and too much attention. In later age they also don't tend to be a gift. Most designer clothes don't handle bigger boobs. I hope this is just a question to see the social results. Don't get a boob job, your body will age much better in the long run. Health is more important. Preferences also change due to region. I am from GR Michigan, and most guys here are going to prefer bigger boobs, compared to say chicago area where dressing well and long legs count more then boobs.
I also prefer natural any size.

Definitely real. Fake breasts are a total white trash move. They feel like street hockey balls too.
Don't get me wrong. A size 34C is what I always get because it's the most beautiful. But I'd rather have small before fake.

I would have to vote for real, I like a girl with a small chest anyway. Besides at 50-60 yrs old it won't make much of a difference. lol

Natural or nothing at all! Fake boobs, are, well, fake. If I wanted fake, I would buy a blow up doll for my needs.
I do support women getting their breasts repaired after surgeries or traumas or even to just lift them back to where they used to be, before years of childbirth and breast feeding.
Seriously, I enjoy your breasts, but I'm not in love with your breasts. I'm in love with you!

REAL----if youre gonna go for the fake, you might as well go all the way and just get yourself an inflateable doll, that way you get everything just the size you like

real or fake, they are all great! besides, it is more important to have pretty & perky nipples! nothing looks worse than distorted nipples on either real or fake boobs.
