I need it for an online class and my laptop didn't come with it. I found Excel 2007 that has a free trial but I need to use it until May. I don't mind paying. Worst thing is it has to be Excel, I can't use any other program. Thanks

Microsoft Excel is not standalone downloadable. You need to order MIcrosoft Office suite from http://office.microsoft.com or your local reseller.

There are also free versions of Spreadsheets like Google Docs or I have shared a collection of web-based suite of programs here:

you should purchase the Microsoft office 10 pack. this includes application like MS word, MS excel, MS powerpoint etc.
from that u can download the excel only and can use it.

trying getting microsoft office suite. it comes with excel, but you need to pay for the software.

call Microsoft and ask for the 2003 office professioal trial and they will send it to yo then try it for 30 days and you can buy it later.

try openoffice it has a word & excel and powerpoint type program and cost absolutely nothing!!!
