what you got to realize is that de odorant doesnt stop sweating. it just gets rid of the smell. what you want is antiperspirant. they look similar, but are different

Lay off of the sugar, it obviously is not going to help. There are 2 things, see if there is an aid to help turn off some of the sweat glands. Your doctor would know. Try Aluminum hydroxide, it can help to reduce the sweat. Look for it in the ingredients of some of the deodorants. The straight stuff would work best, if at all. Something to reduce any anxiety you might be feeling is a possible answer to explore as well.

>"Im healthy and fit so how do i make it stop" Sweating may be embarrassing or inconvenient but it's a normal bodily function. It helps regulate body temperature! Because you're healthy and fit, your sweating means that your body is functioning properly. What you have that's cute may not be made from the type of material for your body and the climate you live in. There are other materials that "cute" clothes are made of that better absorbs and dries moisture. It's a misnomer that people don't sweat!

You need an anti perspirant, not a deoderant. A couple good ones for hyperhydrosis( excessive sweating) is Certain Dry and Arid xx dry. These products will also stop bleeding.

You are very likely suffering from a condition called "hyperhydrosis." It can affect the underarms, hands, feet, or can be manifested by blushing. There are several treatments for it, including the use of botulin toxin ("Botox") that most insurance companies will pay for. Good luck!

You need to go on a more cleansing diet. Less red meats and more veges. Get rid of toxins in your body. For free info, you can look up here http://www.detox-cleansing-diet.com
