A CALL FROM CALIFORNIA TO SPAIN???,i keep dialing 011(international),34(spain),93(city area code) and the local number.....what am i missing,my call does not get thru,folks please i really need your help!!!,by the way i'm trying to call to barcelona!!!

If it's important, just go to phone booths which you think can make a phonecall abroad. My grandmother in Chicago calls me here in the philippines. So i suggest that you dont use your own phone to amke phone call abroad. But if it's not so important, just email the person in Barcelona.or try to simply text the person. He may reply to your text.:)

You could call the operator or directory assistance and get help with your call. There may be a small charge but it would be a lot quicker.
