I really, seriously thought I was okay with a recent--within the past two days--breakup with my ex of six months. But then the night comes and, for whatever reason, I can't keep my emotions in check as well as I was doing earlier today. I don't want to cry anymore, regardless of how healthy it is. I can't stand crying alone, especially while thinking he doesn't even give a **** and is perfectly ******* okay. And it's too late to do anything with friends or go anywhere. Please, any suggestions on things I can do here at home to ease this pain before I get ready for bed would be appreciated. Thank you.
