my sister pressed recovery on the computer now i lost all my files is there any way to retrieve them?

sorry to hear that, you lost it all, you should have backed up most of your files on a external hard drive. recovery formatted the hard drive befor installing a new copy of windows.
try this, with some hard work and maybe you will recover some files
