that is actually a good question. sometimes when i cook it for a minute it doesnt cook all the way. so it depends. good question lol!

5 minutes to set after the water has boiled.
so 5 plus the time it takes to boil your water.
Minute rice.. think not
We have rice steamer and while it takes 30 minutes it makes awesome rice. It steams veggies and any other thing also. It's made by oster.

and a nutritional wasteland stripped of anything good for you.
Give regular brown rice a try. Yes you have to cook it for 45-60 minutes but it is worth eating.
