It sure is better than cheating ! Release is a physical need and you might get real grumpy without it,I'm sure a lot of people have different points of view ,but your not cheating ,your not building up pressure and stress. If your Wife has some physical problem where she can't do it she might be insecure if you told her or she found porn magazines so you either need to do it in private in the shower or something ,or tell her ,"honey I have needs ,and I need to take care of it so I don't walk around horney all the time and fall into temptation".but I still wouldn't let her find pictures of woman that look better than her.Good luck!

Trying to resist the temptation to make a joke out of baiting ones master...
Seriously: Masturbating is fine, but you should talk to your wife about why you're not making love anymore. Have there been any major changes in your life? Is she having any health issues? There may be ways to get your love life back on track, but talk to her first. You may find out something important and work it out.
And I commend you for not asking if it's OK to cheat on your wife. I see a lot of that here and it's reprehensible. You get a lot of credit from me for choosing to love and honor your wife.

Not at all!! In fact several studies I've read says that at least two thirds of male orgasms are from masterbation and not intercourse. There's nothing wrong with wanting a little instant gratification! Most guys do it regularly married or not, so go ahead!

It depends on the relationship and the people. I personally think you can hold out for your wife. When someone masterbates it makes me think they're just looking to get off and not to "make love" with their spouse.

It's not wrong. You and your wife should probably talk though if she not giving you any, and identify the problem. In the meantime self-medicate as much as you want until the problem is resolved!

what would be wrong with that??? do what you need just don't look to other people to help you out. I've been married 16 years and I would tell my husband go ahead........................ I don't see any big deal about it.

your body is yours to please. you can never be true to others unless you are true to yourself.
I am married, and getting married didnt mean I forget myself.
its not cheating.
its enjoying your own quiet moment.
