My son is now 3 and we are having a horrible time potty training! He uses the potty once in a while if he has to pee, but he's only used it once to poop and ever since then he won't do it. He freaked out when he flushed the toilet when he was done becuase he thought the toilet was eating him. He's done so so when he has to pee since then, but he seems to insist on peeing on my floor! He'll go when I take him in there and he gets rewarded and praised for it and I take him in there every 15 - 20 minutes to "try" to go, but we still have this problem of him peeing where he's not supposed to. Any suggestions would be great!

PS: I know he's ready because he tells me he has to go....... just not all the time.

I have recently moved into a house & there is a huge eucalyptus tree in the back garden that I really don't like, its taller than the house, does anyone have any idea how much it will cost to get it chopped down. I don't mind leaving the trunk, its just all the leaves & branches I can't stand.

But question is can i return it, obviously in mint condition with everything as was with the reciept?

I looked on Ebay but these aren't really selling on there, so im kinda stuck with it unless i can return it.

I had 2 jobs this year, made a total of $9,021.00 in gross income and according to my return i made up, but didn't file, it said I would be owed a refund of $245.00... My mom made more than $10,000 and wants to claim me as a dependant. According to tax laws, since im under 24 and still i student, she can claim me and get the EIC, however, if she claims me, can I still file my taxes and get back my return as well?

i just read a news article which stated that alaska had a 4-inch tsunami, as the result of a quake near japan (which also caused "small waves" for them).

does alaska have such small waves that a 4-inch wave meets "tsunami standards"?

the article goes on to say that other "warnings" to other areas were called off, but pertaining to alaska...this wave was labeled a "tsunami", not a "tsunami warning" it was even impressive enough to make the "top stories" section!

this really is a serious question to what i think makes the news and seizmologists look stupid.

can anyone tell me why this 4-inch alaskan wave was determined to be a tsunami? why not the one before it, or after it?
