Though students are often not fond of this law, it is intended to make society more egalitarian by providing equal opportunity for schooling.

Yes it should be. There are so many that are so far ahead of the U.S. and we need to see that. They even get into college younger then us here. At 16 they are entering college and going on. This should be our goal and education is the key.
